What is your return policy?
Each Sombra piece is handmade to order with care, which means I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose thoughtfully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will make it right.
My goal is that every Sombra piece feels perfect in your home
SHipping & Customs/duties
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary on the size of the order and your location. Once an item leaves my hands, delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond my control.
Customers outside the UK will be responsible for customs/import duties.
