Sombra × Tabby Booth
When two worlds collide.
Sombra creates handmade lighting from vintage and rescued textiles, while Tabby Booth brings her distinctive hand-painted artwork, inspired by animals, nature and folklore.
Together, we’ve created a small collection of three completely unique pendant lampshades — bringing Tabby’s expressive drawings onto the form of a Sombra shade.
Each piece is handmade and individually painted by Tabby, making every shade an original work of art as well as a functional light.
Only three pieces have been created for this collaboration.
‘Wild horses’
A statement lampshade from the limited Sombra × Tabby Booth collaboration.
Handmade by Sombra using natural linen and individually hand-painted by Tabby Booth, Wild Horses features Tabby’s unmistakable black horse silhouettes wrapped around the shade.
The artwork is painted directly onto the fabric, so the brushwork, small imperfections and variations become part of the character of the piece. Every angle reveals something slightly different.
Size: 40cm wide and 25cm tall
E27 fitting with B22 adapter
Cord cover and ceramic bead can be purchased separately in the shop
The price is for the lampshade only - no electrical parts are included
